Important Considerations
Course Materials: Access to all course content,
downloadable resources, and community forums is immediately
revoked upon refund approval. Students cannot retain materials
after receiving a refund.
Payment Methods: Refunds are processed to the
original payment method only. For credit card payments, we cannot
split refunds across multiple cards or transfer to different
accounts.
Promotional Pricing: If you enrolled during a
promotional period or used a discount code, the refund amount
equals what you actually paid, not the full course price.
Non-Refundable Situations
Certain circumstances do not qualify for refunds under our policy.
These include requests made after the 7-day window, students who
have accessed more than 25% of course content, or completion of
live coaching sessions where applicable.
Technical issues or temporary access problems are resolved through
our support team rather than refunds. We work diligently to address
any technical concerns within 24 hours of notification.
Alternative Solutions
Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives that might
better address your concerns. Course transfer options allow you to
switch to a different program within 14 days of enrollment if the
current course doesn't match your learning objectives.
We also offer extended access periods for students who need more
time to complete coursework due to personal circumstances. Our
support team can discuss flexible completion schedules that work
with your situation.
